Q: I am not receiving all the email sent to me. Why?

A: If you are using a Spam Filter, check to see if it is working. If you are using Sitephoria's Spam Filter, please go into EasyMail in the WebsiteOS and disable it and see if that helps.

If you still want to use Sitephoria's Spam Filter, set it to it's lowest aggressiveness by clicking Restore Defaults on the Advanced Spam Filtering screen. Then add the domain names you want to make sure you get email from to the Always Allow List.

You may also wish to not delete email flagged as spam so you can review later. Uncheck the three "Delete mail" checkboxes under Spam Storage. Email flagged as spam will now be stored in a folder that you can access using your Webmail application at http://webmail.yourdomainname.com.

If you still have problems, you might want to find a white-listing spam filter like Qurb at:
http://www.qurb.com
